FISH & REPTILE GUARANTEE

Freshwater Fish, Livestock, and Reptiles are guaranteed for 48 hours from time of purchase In the event of a loss we require the following:
Deceased Livestock w/ vet documents
Separate Aquarium Water Sample
Cash Register Sales Receipt
Store credit will be issued if the above conditions are met. We will not be responsible for poor/ incompatible water quality or injuries from aggressive tank mates.
No guarantee on saltwater fish, crickets, or any feeders.

Merchandise (excluding livestock) is returnable within two weeks of purchase.
We will require the following:
Cash register receipt
Unused product in its original package
Undamaged and all tags and stickers intact.
Store credit, cash refund, or credit card refund will be issued depending on the method of purchase. Our cash register receipt must also accompany items being returned for defects. Defective items meeting warranty requirements will either be repaired or replaced depending upon the manufacturers requirements and store policies.
